Successful shift of J.Juan facilities

Successful shift of J.Juan facilities

J.Juan has relocated most of its production of high-quality stainless-steel brake hoses from its headquarters to its facility in St. Cugat. We did so in just a week without disrupting supply to any of our clients worldwide. Right now, our plant in St. Cugat (Barcelona) houses the production of both our braided stainless-steel brake hoses and our brake systems.

After 23 years working at full steam, time has come for the floor of our production plant at our headquarters in Gavà to be both reworked and improved as we expect increased production for the coming years.

With a revenue of 103 million euros in 2022, J.Juan keeps investing in its future as production increases and our brands J.Juan and Braktec expand.

J.Juan just got ISO 50001, which certifies constant improvement in energy management (usage, safety, efficiency and savings). The Catalan company underwent this audit for the first time, and it passed it with remarkable success. The auditors (DNV) did not find a single non-conformity or area with room for improvement. Instead, they pointed out a total of 6 strengths, and certified us with an excellent score.

Not only that, the auditors also highlighted the outstanding engagement of J.Juan’s staff — congratulating the team as a whole for its robust and comprehensive energy management systems.

Kawasaki Racing Team to celebrate 10 years with J.Juan at the title race in Most

This is the 10th season, where the Kawasaki Racing Team sports hydraulic hoses by J.Juan. The WorldSBK project managed by Roda brothers has claimed victory in 7 out of the last 9 WorldSBK seasons: six with Jonathan Rea and one with Tom Sykes.

On Thursday, J.Juan’s logo is going to shine on Kawasaki equipment throughout a title race. Round-6 of this year’s championship in the Czech Republic is a title race for KRT.

Last year, Rea’s and Lowes’ motorbikes wore our name for the Catalunya Round in Montmelo, and the first time KRT wore J.Juan logos for a title race was in at the 2015 Aragon Round.
